This policy sets out the editorial standards that Om Sai applies to everything published on guide.lakecountyfloridanews.com.
1. Independence
Our editorial content is written independently. No employer, recruitment agency, agent or government body pays for, approves or reviews what we publish, and none has any influence over our coverage.
We are not affiliated with any organisation named in our articles. Where we refer to a company, an authority or a portal, it is for descriptive and educational purposes only.
2. Advertising is separate from editorial
This website carries advertising, including advertising served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Advertisements are selected and served by those networks, not chosen by us, and their presence has no bearing on our editorial content.
We do not accept payment to write favourably about an employer, an agency or a service, and we do not publish sponsored content disguised as editorial guidance.
3. Accuracy before speed
We would rather publish a guide late than publish a figure we cannot support. Where the current legal or procedural position must be verified, we say so plainly and link to the official source rather than presenting an out-of-date figure as settled fact.
We do not invent salary figures, vacancy numbers, company policies or statistics. Pay is described structurally, and any range that appears is identified as indicative of what is commonly advertised rather than as a quotation.
4. Harm avoidance
Our readers include people who may spend a substantial part of a family savings on an overseas move. That shapes what we publish.
- We do not present our articles as job advertisements, and we say in every one that they are not.
- We include guidance on recognising recruitment fraud, because it is the largest single financial risk our readers face.
- We describe the hard parts of a job honestly — heat, hours, physical demand, road risk — rather than in the flattering terms an advertisement uses.
- We do not encourage anyone to work without valid status or to bypass an official process.
5. Sources and attribution
We prefer primary sources: official government portals, regulators and published law. Where we link out, we link to the source itself so a reader can check it directly. We do not reproduce substantial parts of other publishers’ work.
6. Corrections
We correct errors promptly and transparently. Our Corrections Policy sets out how to report one and what we do about it.
7. Reader privacy
We do not ask readers for identity documents, financial details or CVs, and we do not pass reader contact details to recruiters or employers. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
8. Accountability
This website is owned and operated by Om Sai, GST Registration Number 06BSKPT5991A1ZE, Bhiwani, Haryana, India. Editorial concerns should be sent to guide@lakecountyfloridanews.com.
